Bao An Clothes Shop has a sincere passion to bring to our customers great service and high quality products. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
We are a family-run tailor business for three generations. It started off with Grandma launching a small yet high quality tailor shop for Vietnamese locals here in Hoi An. Each one of us contributes to, and plays an important role with our own expertise for the perfect details of your garments. You will get the perfect cut, the absolutely well-aligned stitches, and the most gorgeous pleats.
Come visit our shop in Hoi An for a consultation. Here you can understand better how we create our work and see some existing designs. Consultations allow us to get to know you, hence understand better what you are looking for as well as advise you regarding fabrics, paterns, colors, lines, cuts. Your satisfaction is our pleasure and motivation.
We can execute an existing model, create a new design or a mix match of different designs, always working together with you to the better of your own ideas. Each piece of clothes is tailored especially for you, enhancing your body shape. We can also advise you on which designs complement your body line.
This is how it works:
1. Consultation. A small talk to understand, advise and define about your garment(s).
2. Measurements. Your body measures are kept in record for future orders that can be made online after you leave Hoi An or in case you visit us again in the future!
3. Fitting and Modifications. On the day and time defined during consultation, you can come to try on your order(s) and we will do modifications for it to suit you perfectly. This stage will be repeated to fulfill your expectations.
4. Voilà! You look amazing in that new jacket!
Depending on how much time you have in Hoi An and how complex your order is, we can accomodate and work as fast as 2 days or even delivery on the same day.
For online orders you can choose a design on our webpage, send us a photo or drawing of a model you like. The consultation phase will be done through email. Measurements can either be sent to us, in case you have not visited our store in Hoi An, or we will have them already in our records from your previous visit. Please make sure to send us precise design specifications and measurements as fittings and modifications are hard to be conducted.
